What this service is — and what it is not
This service is an independent evaluator-side audit. It is designed to assess compliance, completeness, clarity, scoring risk, and the visibility of your strengths before submission.
We do not serve as proposal writers, proposal managers, legal counsel, or procurement counsel. We do not work both sides of the same RFP process.
Small relative to the value at risk
Even on a $1 million pursuit, the cost of an independent pre-submission review is small relative to contract value and the cost of a preventable loss. Final pricing varies by scope, complexity, document volume, and timing. The purpose of the engagement is to reduce avoidable scoring risk before the proposal is final.
